Enjoyed especially the nice and spacious, quiet garden, resting and/or reading under some shady coconut tree, facing the 20m distant Sea, and enjoying a book while tanning plus sipping an ice-cold pina colada cocktail or famous San Mig Beer. If it got a bit warm, the 5-10m distant pool was always a welcome and cool change of venue. When I needed some more action, the other side of the Island (partially pretty noisy and crowded) was only a few minutes walk away; or if one was lazy, the Resort's driver would quickly drive me there. Getting around on this beautiful Island, where as a Manila-based expat I had been quite often with my family in the 70s and 80s, is a now cinch; cheap motorcycle taxis are everywhere and plentiful. I can really recommend Paradise Bay Resort to anybody looking for a nice, clean and quiet place, at a very decent all-inclusive weekly special price. CHEERS! Jerry[/I]
